Rule 71
Correction of Common Error of Judgment or Final Order

(1) The concerned party or his heirs may file a petition stating that there is any mistake in the writing or typing of the judgment or final order.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the court comes to its knowledge that there is an error in the judgment or order, the concerned employee may report the same. A6 (3) The petitioner filed under sub-rule (1) or (2) shall be submitted before the judge who passed such judgment or order. (4) If the judge as per sub-rule (3) is absent, the letter shall be submitted to the other judge who is present in the court. (5) If it appears that there is a mistake to be corrected from the application submitted in accordance with this rule, the judge will order a separate sheet to be corrected. (6) The form issued in accordance with sub-rule (5) shall be considered an integral part of the judgment or order.
